In this post, we’re going to discuss a common problem you’ve probably encountered at some point while working with the Foliage tool in Unreal Engine. As you know, this tool is incredibly useful for placing large amounts of static meshes in the scene.

However, if the elements you’ve added to your level with the Foliage tool are static meshes that you’ve created yourself or from a package you’ve purchased from the Epic store, copying them to a new level may cause them to not appear in the scene.
